Task Force Talent is seeking a Penetration Tester with an active TS/SCI FSP security clearance. Target salary range is 100k - 210k, depending on experience level.
Our client for this role is a small company with very unique experience and expertise in cybersecurity and related areas. Candidates should have a background or experience in a technical area, excellent teamwork skills, and be willing to learn. Ideally, candidates also know something about networks, forensics, software engineering, or similar areas. This is uniquely rewarding, high-impact work that cannot be done elsewhere.

The process typically involves an initial phone screen followed by technical interviews. Contingent offers are usually made quickly, within a week or two. Depending on the level of experience and terms of the contract, additional interviews may be required with partners or the end customer.

Can you help with internships? At this time, we only have full-time roles.
Can coding boot camp grads apply? We have found that recent coding boot camp graduates without a separate technical degree are almost never competitive for the roles we have. We strongly recommend a few years of real-world work experience.
Recently graduated? Recent college graduates should include information on projects they have built to be competitive. We are happy to help recent or prospective graduates if we can; however, generally, we do not have entry-level positions and are unable to provide tailored resume feedback.
